About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Greater Boston Tree Service website. Our paid services are covered by separate agreements.

Website chat assistant

The website chat assistant answers your questions using replies generated by Anthropic's AI service. You can choose to share contact information and details about the work you need so we can follow up. The assistant cannot book a call.

We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat messages and any details you provide. These details are also sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.

Embedded content and outside tools

Some pages include content embedded from other services, such as videos, maps, social media posts or reviews. Loading that content sends request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to its provider. The provider may use cookies or browser storage. Embedded content operates separately from the optional analytics and advertising controls.

Honest reviews

These terms do not restrict or penalize you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. Nothing in these terms authorizes threats, intimidation, disclosure of embarrassing information, baseless lawsuits, lawsuits not intended to be filed, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to prevent your review or make you remove it.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements. We do not offer review incentives on this site.

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
